ICM – Intentional Camera Movement. This is a technique that take a lot of practice or good luck. I frequently like to challenge myself with my photography. Here I wanted to capture the color of the fall birch leaves in a blur but also while maintaining the straight lines of the grey and white trunks of the tree. This involves moving the camera during a longer exposure picture. I love the result. It makes you stop for a minute and ponder what it is.
